The National Chairman of Labour Party, LP, Mr. Julius Abure has said that the party will refund the twenty five million nomination fee paid by late Imo State governorship aspirant, Mr Humphrey Anumudu.
Mr.Abure, who made this known while speaking with journalists in Abuja after meeting with members of the National Assembly-elect of the party.
He noted that the party decided to return the nomination fee to the deceased’s family to show empathy and compassion.
The late Anumudu had bought the party’s form to contest the primary ahead of the ⁰State governorship election in November but died last week.
