CRFFN GIVES MARCH 22 REGISTERATION DEADLINE FOR ALL FREIGHT FORWARDERS

Are you an unregistered Freight Forwarder doing business in Nigeria? You have up till next Wednesday to register with the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria, (CRFFN).
If you fail to register and continue to do business in the country, you stand the risk of being prosecuted if arrested.

The Chairman of CRFFN, Mr. Abubakar Tsanni said that a tribunal would be set up next Thursday to start addressing complaints and to try defaultetd.
Mr. Tsanni, who was addressing Freight Forwarders at the Annual General Meeting, (AGM) of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents, A,(ANALCA,)in Lagos urged those who have not registered to do so.

Also, speaking on the sideline of the AGM, the Acting President of ANALCA, Mr. Kayode Farinton said that ,freight forwarding in Nigeria has been fully professionalied, hence there was no room for quackery any longer.
The AGM was called at the instance of CRFFN after it brokered peace following a five year old protracted crisis.
