Group A:
Tunisia is leading with 10 points while Congo DR follows with 7 points
Libya and Guinea have no hope of qualifying for Russia 2018.
Group B:
Nigeria leads the group with 10 points while Zambia is second with 7 points.
Cameroon and Algeria are virtually out of the race.
Group C:
Cote D’Ivoire leads with 7 points as Morocco follows closely with 6 points while Gabon has 5 points. Only Mali with just 2 points is out of the race
Group D:
Burkina Faso is tied with Cape Verde at the top with 6 points apiece but Senegal which has 5 points is being tipped to emerge the qualifier at the end of the play-offs. The notable loser in the group is South Africa.
Group E:
Egypt has returned to the headship of the group with 9 points while Uganda is second with 7 points but Ghana and Congo PR have lost out.
