The Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Most Reverend Matthew Kukah has decried the effects of insecurity on education in Nigeria.
Dr. Kukah ,who delivered the keynote address at the Parents Summit of the 2023 Education Week in Edo State, described terrorists behind the disturbing cases of insecurity across the country as enemies to humanity.
He further described such perpetrators as people of darkness which the country must fight to ensure that they were pushed back noting that without resistance, Nigeria has no future.
Bishop Kukah remarked that terrorists had undermined the credibility of country and that of religion, making Nigerians victims and suspects abroad.
